Weigh-in Day! Week 3 and 4 and all the other missed stuff

week 3 and 4 weigh-in results...

week 3:  Friday       Time- 5:45       weight- 143 lbs (maintained weight)

week 4:  Thursday   Time- 4:00       weight- 145 (gained 2 pounds of water weight)

so on week 3 i began to slack and on friday of week 3 our power went out during a really bad thunder storm (we had winds between 75-90 miles per hour!) and it didn't come back on until Thursday afternoon of week 4.  We stayed at my grandparents for until friday of week 4 and because of that and the 90-100 degree weather i didn't exercise much plus it was independence week so we had picnic type dinners every night (hamburgers, hot-dogs, potato salad, etc.)  I also went to a friends house while we were in my grandparents town and the two of us split pizza pie! i had half of the pizza and she had the other half (this is something i normally wouldn't do and something i haven't done since i was a skinny 12 year old)

anyways i am back on track for week 5 and i hope i can see a result or at least a maintained weight when step on that scale tomorrow!

I thank God for all those brave men and women who had the courage to stand up and fight for the freedom of our country!
